Cook pasta and set aside. In a small bowl, stir balsamic vinegar, soy
sauce and honey and set aside. Add oil to large skillet. If using
chicken, slightly cook the chicken now with salt and pepper. Remove
from skillet and set aside. Do not overcook.
Add to skillet the mushrooms, pre-cooked carrots, celery for about 4
minutes. Add garlic, ginger and hot pepper flakes and cook until
moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Add pepper blend and broccoli slaw, cooking 3-4 minutes. Return the
chicken to the skillet. Pour in broth and vinegar mixture and stir to
blend well. Cook, uncovered, until liquids boil. Then cook an
additional 2-3 minutes. Add linguine and toss to combine.
NOTE; This dish didn't really need the chicken. Add whatever
vegetables you like.
