In a large skillet cook the bacon and set aside,
add olive oil to the pan and saute the onions.
Season the pork with garlic powder and brown in
the pan.
Add the cooked bacon, garlic, green peppers, tomatoes, chicken
stock and the paprika to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover bring to boil and lower to a simmer for 90
minutes.
Prepare the dumplings as per the instructions on the package and then
add them to the stew at the end of the 90 million it's cook time.
serve in bowls and garnish with a dollop of sour cream
( optional)
