Microwave for an additional 15 seconds, then add baking powder and vinegar. Stir or mix with hands until a soft ball of dough forms.
For pizza, flatten dough on pan in approx. 14 inch circle. For bread, Separate the ball into two even portions, then cut each portion into four. Roll each into a ball, then press down to flatten into bread slice and place on baking sheet.
For pizza, bake 5 minutes, then add toppings. Bake about 10-15 more minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
