     Keto Bread or Pizza Crust

Ingredients
2 cups mozzarella, freshly shredded
2 cups finely ground blanched almond flour
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella, butter, and almond flour. Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir. Microwave for an additional 15 seconds, then add baking powder and vinegar. Stir or mix with hands until a soft ball of dough forms.
For pizza, flatten dough on pan in approx. 14 inch circle. For bread, Separate the ball into two even portions, then cut each portion into four. Roll each into a ball, then press down to flatten into bread slice and place on baking sheet.
For pizza, bake 5 minutes, then add toppings. Bake about 10-15 more minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. For bread, bake about 10-15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
Can add various spices to the dough like garlic, basil, and oregano or make garlic butter to spread on top (2 Tbsp melted butter and 1/2 tsp garlic powder). For a simple pizza sauce- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar substitute
