Ingredients
6-1/4 CUPS OF COOKED CHICKPEAS (COOK ACCORDING TO PKG
1 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
1 OZ OF GARLIC PUREE
1 TSP. FINE SEA SALT
JUICE FROM ONE CAN OF CHICK PEAS
1 FRESH LEMON JUICE
 

Instructions
1. Make sure the garlic is well minced
2. Place the cooked or canned chickpeas, salt, lemon, garlic puree, and chickpea juice in a food processor and puree.
3. Slowly drizzle the olive oil in until smooth and a thick consistency.
4. Label and store in the Fridge
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a bowl with extra drizzled Olive Oil and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
