Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl,
combine the turkey and spinach until well blended.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and bake 45-60
minutes until the temperature at the center
registers 160 degrees f. Cool 5 minutes before
cutting into slices.
