     Breakfast bread pudding

1 lb bacon
8 eggs
2 C half and half
1 tsp sat
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
2 C grated cheddar cheese
2 loaves sliced hawaiian sweet bread cut into 1 inch cubes

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay bacon side by side on the pan. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until crispy
While the bacon cooks, prepare the other ingredients. Whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in a large bowl Add bread and cheese to egg mixture. Crumble the bacon into the bowl with the other ingredients and gently fold to combine, Pour into the baking dish, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight
Preheat the oven to 350. Uncover the bread pudding and bake 45-60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
