With an electric mixer - Mix butter, sugar and
peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking
soda and vanilla extract.
Using a 1 tbsp scoop, place batter on cookie sheet.
Press gently flat and crosshatch using a fork. Bake
at 375 degrees F until golden brown, approximately
12 minutes. Remove baked cookies to a cooling rack.
