16 oz bag of mini marshmallows (8-9c)

1 ts pure vanilla extract (optional)

6 cups of rice krispies cereal

Line a 9x-13 casserole dish with parchment or wax
paper.
|

|
In a large stock pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in the marshmellows. Reduce heat
if necessary and stir until completely melted.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add cereal.
|
|
|
|
Pour into casserole dish. Wet fingertips with water
and gently spread out. Do not overpack. Set for 1
hour, cut and enjoy!
