Select SAUTE on IP
Add Sausage and cook until no longer pink 3 -4 minutes
Add Onion and Garlic, cook until softened and translucent
Stir in Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes.
Add Potatoes and Chicken Broth. Close lid.
Select HIGH PRESSURE and set timer for 5 minutes. (about 15 - 20
minutes in total.
Release pressure using natural-release method. 10 - 40 minutes.
When done unlock and remove lid.
Stir Kale into cooker, select SAUTE function and cook uncovered for
2 minutes. Stir in half and half, turn off cooker and serve.
