     GF Instant pot Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 LB Bulk Italian Sausage
1 large sweet onion chopped
4 cloves of Garlic minced
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
4 Medium Idaho Potatoes cubed
4 cups GF chicken broth
 
4 cups chopped Kale
1 Cup 1/2 and 1/2

Instructions
Select SAUTE on IP Heat Oil, Add Sausage and cook until no longer pink 3 -4 minutes Add Onion and Garlic, cook until softened and translucent Stir in Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes.
Add Potatoes and Chicken Broth. Close lid. Select HIGH PRESSURE and set timer for 5 minutes. (about 15 - 20 minutes in total.
Release pressure using natural-release method. 10 - 40 minutes. When done unlock and remove lid.
Stir Kale into cooker, select SAUTE function and cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Stir in half and half, turn off cooker and serve.
