     Tuna Broccoli Ranch Casserole

5 oz. can tuna
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely grated (powdered) parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook broccoli and drain. Drain can of tuna, then pat surface dry with paper towels. Flake tuna with fork until there are no large chunks. Directly in 88 inch baking dish, add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix well. Evenly top with remaining cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 F until heated through and starting to brown on top, about 25 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes until bubbling subsides before cutting.
