1 large boneless chicken breast
sprinkling of Cavender's all purpose greek seasoning
1 to 2 Tbsp Gazebo Room greek dressing
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
12 kalamata olives, sliced
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
1/8 c red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 to 1/3 crumbled feta cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breast in a gallon freezer bag, seal shut, using a meat mallet, pound until very thin, about 1/4 inch thick. Slide it out of bag and onto a pizza stone.
Sprinkle entire chicken surface with greek seasoning, spread dressing to all edges. Sprinkle 1/4 c mozzarella over surface, layer kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese crumbles, remaining mozzarella and sprinkle entire surface with oregano.
Make a drip pan out of aluminum foil large enough to house the pizza stone. Place foil on rack that is two rungs from bottom of oven. Put pizza stone on foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Carefully remove stone and foil from oven without getting burned by hot juices. Cut with pizza cutter and enjoy
