1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Combine in small mixing bowl - breadcrumbs,
parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne
pepper.
2. Dip zucchini in milk and coat with breadcrumbs
3. Arrange slices on baking sheet and mist with non-
stick cooking spray.
4. Bake 15 minutes, turn, and continue baking 10-15
minutes.
5. Cool before serving.
