Place roast into crockpot.
Drain the pepperoncini juice into a pourable
container, mix in both dressing mix packets until
combined. Pour over roast. Place the pepperoncini's
onto the roast.

Cook the roast on low heat for 8 hours. Shred up the
beef and letter simmer in the juice until read to
serve. Drain and set the juice aside.

|
Toast the buns open face in the oven on 350 degrees
for 5 minutes. Place the beef and pepperoncini's
with sliced provolone on the buns and bake for an
additional 3 minutes.

|
Serve with giardiniera.
The juice from the roast can be used as au jus as
well.
