     Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
Marinade -Equal Amounts of-
Wine (I use Burgandy)
Lemon Juice (I use bottled)
Soy Sauce (I use Low Sodium)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Sirloin Steak or Petite Sirloin
Any Vegetables you want -
 
Mushrooms, grape tomatoes, pearl onions, etc
Instructions
Cut Steak into big chunks and combine with marinade. Marinade overnight.
Put chunks of steak with assorted vegetables on skewers and grill to desired donenss. We dip steak in sour cream or chinese mustard.
