1 Asian pear, halved, cored and slide into thin strips
1 Red Anjou pear, halved, cored and slided into thin strips
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard,
salt and maple syrup. Slowly whisk olive oil until
well blended to make a vinaigrette. Taste and adjust
seasongings to your liking.
Cut each cabbage in half lengthwise into two wedges,
then cuta way and discard core from each wedge.Cut
each wedge crosswise into thin shreds.
Toss together cabbage, pear slices, grapes and
walnut pieces in serving bowl.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss well.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve immediately, refrigerating any leftovers.
