     Overnight oats

Ingredients
1/2 c. Rolled oats
1/2 c. Milk ( any type)
1/4 c. Yogurt ( Greek is preferred)
1T. Chia seeds
1 T. Maple syrup
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Can last 3-4 days in fridge. Add any additional toppings as desired, typically when ready to eat - nut butter, nuts, fruit, cinnamon, etc.
