2 Chipotle chilies from 1 can of chipotles in adobo
2 Tbl. freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
Please into a bowl. Carefully use an immersion blender to puree until
the chipotles are completely chopped and mayonnaise is smooth.
Pour into an airtight container, cover, and store in refrigerator until
ready to use.
Really good with the Tex-Mex turkey burger.
