Ingredients
2 tbl olive oil, to drizzle onto the pan
Dough- 1 1/2 C warm water
3 tbl olive oil
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 tbl instant yeast or active dry yeast
Toppings
1 tsp seal salt flakes
2 minced garlic cloves
 
choice of seasonings

Instructions
Drizzle about 2 tbl olive oil into a 9x13 pan Combine all the dough ingredients and beat at high speed with an electric mixer for 60 seconds Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan, cover the pan and let it rise at room temp for 60 minutes. While the dough is rising preheat the oven to 375
Gently poke the dough with index finger every inch. Drizzle it lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt garlic and any other spices. Bake the bread until its golden brown about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven , wait 5 minutes, then turn it out of the pan onto a rack and cut into pieces. Serve warm or at room temp
