     GF Duck Stew

6 Big Ducks skinless breast
2 Cans Cream of mushroom soup
16 Oz Chicken Broth
1 Can sliced mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
4-6 Carrots quartered
4-6 red new potatoes quartered
1/2 stick butter
3 Tbs minced garlic
2 Tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cajun seasoning to taste

Season ducks with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning. Brown in olive oil in a hot cast iron skillet. Brown, drain and set aside.
Place onions, carrots, and potatoes in crock pot and spread 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup over top.
Place ducks on top of mixture then spoon minced garlic on top of duck breasts. Spread the 2nd can of Cream of Mushroom soup on top of ducks along with sliced mushrooms. Add chicken broth and butter.
Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours. Serve over rice
