     Glazed Meat Loaf

1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1.5 lbs lean ground beef (we often add .5lb ground pork, moose, or other with 1lb beef)
1.5 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp beef flavor instant bouillon

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl combine ketchup, sugar, 1 TBS lemon juice and mustard.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup ketchup mixture; mix well.
In a shallow baking dish, shape into a loaf, Bake 1 hr; pour off fat, Pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf; bake 10 mins longer.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
