     Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg beaten
1 medium onion chopped small
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
 
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons mustard
2 Tablespoons vinegar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. ( I cook it in the air fryer, just mold it on the rack.)
In large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and tomato sauce. I also add a little Barbeque seasonings to give it a little kick. Mix lightly.
Shape into loaf and place in baking dish or Air Fryer rack. Cooking on a rack will help the grease drain off.
In small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, water, mustard and vinegar. Brush over loaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until gets to 160 degrees with meat thermometer, basting occasionally with more of the Ketchup sauce.
