In large skillet, on medium heat, Cook oil and onions until onions
become translucent, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add garlic and curry powder. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add chicken cubes and Cook until light brown.
Add bouillon. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add
more water if necessary.
Add cream. Stir and Cook another 5 minutes. Serve with plain
basmati rice.
