     Philly Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
Sirloin steak or petite sirloin
 

Instructions
Combine marinade and mix together thoroughly. Slice meat about 1/8 inch thick and about 2 inch by 3 inch pieces-large enough so it doesn't fall through the grill. Marinate overnight.
Grill marinated steak until desired doneness. While the steak is grilling sauté 1 T each of diced onion, diced green peppers and diced red peppers until tender crisp. Grill a pita and spread of 1 T of garlic aioli. Layer meat and veggies then top with Swiss cheese.
Can also use a hoagie roll instead of a pita. Can also fry meat instead of grilling.
