Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl, then pour into a bag and
swish some more. Add chicken to the bag and let marinade for 30
minutes to up to one day.
Place marinated thighs on heated grill and cook on one side for 6 to 8
minutes with the lid down, flip over and cook for another 6 to 8
minutes, with the lid down. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
