GET AHEAD Put the cinnamon, coriander seeds and
allspice into a pestle and mortar. Crumble in the
chilli, add the cocoa powder and the icing sugar,
and pound until fine. Sieve the mixture into an
airtight jar ready to use. Delicious served with
Chocolate semifreddo. Leftovers will be an
absolute treat sprinkled over ice cream or used to
make a lovely mug of hot chocolate.
