Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
Paul Newman, Ragu, or Pragu spaghetti sauce
Oregano
1 Egg
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
9 Lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Add spaghetti sauce and oregano. Mix egg, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses
Cook noodles, stirring constantly so they don't stick to bottom and they all get cooked. Rinse off and dry off. Stack on paper towel.
Using a 9x13 pan, layer starting with the sauce, then three noodles (don't let any be exposed), then the cheese. Do again for at least 1 more layer, but try to do 3 layers. Can top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for at least 45 minutes, until bubbling around edges and middle has cheese melted. Let sit for about 15 min to set.
