Cut celery in half. Using a mixer, whip the cream
cheese until smooth. Add in bacon, cheese, parsley,
chives, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Blend until
combined.
Fill the celery and sprinkle with additional bacon
or chives if desired.
NOTE- You can make the filling a day ahead but store
tightly. You will need to let it soften a bit before
trying to fill the celery.
Very good. This recipe made quite a bit. We ate the leftover filling on
craackers.
