If using a mold, spray it first with Pam to help with unmolding.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cranberry sauce. Chill until slightly
set, about an hour.
After jello mixture is slightly set, fold in the remaining ingredients.
Chill until set. To unmold, I used a knife around the edges to release
the mold, then I set the mold in a small amount of hot water for just a
few minutes. It can out easily.
We made this the day before we were serving it. Worked fine. You
can also put this into individual dishes.
This recipe makes one, 3 Cup mold.
