     Jello - Cranberry mold

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
One, 3 oz pkg cherry jello
1 Cup hot water
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 Cup diced celery
1/4 Cup chopped nuts
1 Cup sour cream

Instructions
If using a mold, spray it first with Pam to help with unmolding. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cranberry sauce. Chill until slightly set, about an hour.
After jello mixture is slightly set, fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill until set. To unmold, I used a knife around the edges to release the mold, then I set the mold in a small amount of hot water for just a few minutes. It can out easily.
We made this the day before we were serving it. Worked fine. You can also put this into individual dishes.
This recipe makes one, 3 Cup mold.
