     Pesto Chicken Florentine---Easy

Ingredients
1 T olive oil
Chicken breasts into thin strips (I used a rotisserie chx)
2 cloves garlic, chopped (I use ready-made)
Jar of alfredo sauce or powdered mix (follow directions)
1 T. purchased basil pesto
8 oz penne pasta--boil
2 c fresh spinach (I used frozen)
1 T grated Romano cheese ( I used part)
crushed red pepper (optional)
 

Instructions
Saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet Then I mixed everything in except pasta. Simmer a few minutes then add drained pasta. Sprinkle Romano after it's mixed and ready to serve. I bought the jar of alfredo sauce from Sprouts but probably available anywhere. 4 servings (more like 5-6)
I froze left-overs.
