Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place
in a large pan with onions and garlic. Drizzle with oil and toss. Roast
for 30 min , turn vegetables with a spatula. Replace oven for another
40-45 min longer
Brown polish sausage in a large sauce pans until crispy and hot.
Remove and add to the potatoes.
Add butter to drippings in sauce pan and melt over heat. Add flour,
salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add water, vinegar, and
honey and bring to a boil. Add sour cream.
Add potato mixture to sauce in sauce pan and mix to combine.
