Lightly flour counter and press out one ball at a time to thin out. Roll
out with rolling pin, adding flour as needed to avoid becoming sticky.
Flip over as needed and continue to roll until very thin. Fold and roll
to create a sort of tube like shape. Use a chef knife or pizza cutter to
cut into very narrow noodles. You can also cut into squares to make
ravioli or bow ties, by pinching a square into a bowtie.
