     Shrimp Ceviche

12 oz shrimp cleaned and cooked
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 Roma tomatoes diced
2 green onions finely chopped
2 med jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, rough chopped
1/4 teasp. salt or garlic salt

Rough chop shrimp and put in bowl. Add lime juice and toss shrimp. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
