1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teas. salt
2 teas. baking powder
2 T Swerve sugar alternative
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
3 T vegetable oil

Mix first four, dry ingredients together in bowl. Whisk together eggs, milk and oil. Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes. You can thin out batter with a little water before cooking if desired. Cook on medium high heat.
About 100 calories per each 4 inch pancake.
