In large bowl whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy
sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame
seeds. Add cubed salmon and marinate for an hour
or up to overnight
When ready Preheat oven to 400. Cut nori sheet
into 4 equal squares.
To each nori square add about 1 heaping tbl of
rice and spread out slightly. Transfer the square
to silicone muffin tin and gently push down in
center with the edges coming up around pan. Grab
out 4-5 salmon cubes and fill each muffin .
Transfer the pan to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with glaze
Glaze. Whisk together all the ingredients for the
glaze and serve with cups
