6 oz unsalted butter cold and cut in to small cubes
Filling
16 oz whole milk ricotta, drained
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
juice of 1/2 orange
1 large egg
powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
Instructions
In food processor add flour , sugar, salt, baking
powder, egg and butter. Pulse until crumbly. Store
in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while you
prepare the filling
Heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, add the ricotta, sugar, egg,
vanilla and orange juice. Mix well
Grease and line round pan with parchment paper.
Add about 2/3 Crumble dough and cover the bottom
of the pan. press down gently. Pour the ricotta
filling and level. Top with the remaining crumb
dough, pinching it in pieces between fingers. Bake
atj 350 about 45 minutes. Flip pan after about 15
minutes. Remove parchment and flip again and
sprinkle with powdered sugar
