     Frozen Peach Cheesecake

1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 sugar
1 28 oz canned peaches, chopped and drained
2 cream cheese, large
1 eagle brand condensed milk
2 tbsp real lemon juice
500 ml tub Cool Whip

Combine first three ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. In blender chop peaches. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth stirring in lemon juice and peaches. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in pan. Freeze several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer before dinner.
