Preheat the oven to 400F (200C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Combine all the spices in a small bowl. Place your boneless chicken thighs on the baking sheet flat (untucked) and season both sides generously with the seasoning mixture. Tuck the 2 sides of each chicken thigh under, so they do not dry out while cooking. Bake 20-25 minutes. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
