     Salmon - Miso Glazed

Air Fryer
2 pieces Salmon skin on, around 5-7 oz each
2.5 tbsp Miso Paste
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tbsp Sesame Oil

In a bowl, mix Miso Paste, Soy Sauce, Sugar, and sesame oil. Once everything is combined, add in the salmon and rub well. Marinate for 20 to 40 minutes. I marinated for 3 hours and it was great.
Using a silicone brush, brush off any excess miso paste to prevent it from burning.
Spray the air fryer with oil and add the salmon skin side facing down. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to air fry at separate times. Air fry at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with white rice and ENJOY!
