Cream together the sugar, butter and eggs. Sift together flour,
baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the
creamed mixture and mix well.
Add oats, nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut and mix by hand with a
spatula to prevent heating chocolate. Refrigerate at least one hour
before baking.
Drop by tablespoon onto uncreased cookie sheet and bake at 350
deg. for 9 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Cool and top
with toffee crumbles, caramel and drizzle chocolate.
These cookies are amazing! We had them in St. Augustine when we
stayed at the Cedar House Bed and Breakfast.
