heat oven to 350. In saucepan melt 1 C butter with
chocolate chips stirring over low heat until
smooth. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Whisk in
the eggs, sugar and cocoa.
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners. Divide
the mixture among the liners to almost full. Bake
until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes
out clean, About 25 to 28 min. Let cool
completely. They will sink in middle

Make frosting. Cream butter, add sugars, cocoa
powder 1 tsp vanilla, salt. Add heavy cream until
desired consistency. I put a large star tip in
piping back and put a large squeeze in middle of
cupcake and sprinkled with sea salt.
