3 1/2 c whipped cream divided add grated lemon peel to the whip cream
1 prepared angel food cake cubed
grated lemon
lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Set aside half of the blueberries and whipped cream
for topping of the trifle
In a 3 1/2 quart trifle bowl or whatever lol layer
in a third of the cake cubes. Then 1/3 of lemon pie
filling Then whipped cream and 1 1/2 c blueberries
then repeat. Top with vanilla pudding. Top that
with remaining whip cream and blue berries
