     Biscuits - Mimi Cream Cheese

Ingredients
One, 8 oz package cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 Cup unsalted butter, softened
1 Cup self-rising flour
Flaky sea salt
Baking spray with flour
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 12 cup mini muffin tin with baking spray with flour.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine cream cheese and butter, beating at medium speed until smooth. Add flour slowly and beat until well combined.
Divide mixture between wells of prepared mini muffin pan. Sprinkle flaky sea salt as desired. Bake until golden brown and puffed, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. .
Really good warm with jelly. We liked these for breakfast.
