Cook noodles, drain and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside. Sauté onion in bacon grease, stir in sugar, flour, mustard and salt. Add water and vinegar and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Add drained noodles to skillet and stir in parsley and celery. Cook to heat through. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
