     No Fuss, I'm Sick, Soup

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 large potato (cut into bite sized pieces)
3 carrots (sliced)
large chunk of ginger (peeled and sliced - I used big pieces)
1 large clove of garlic (would have used more but I was out)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup onion diced
1 cup sliced cabbage
veggie stock
1 tsp masala curry powder

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Fry onion in oil (I used sesame). When onions are clear add a little bit of broth and then the garlic and ginger. Let cook over medium for a few minutes (while cutting other veggies perhaps). Add more broth, potato, carrot and peas. Bring to a boil. Now add curry powder (how ever much you want) and reduce heat to below medium. When veggies are almost soft add cabbage and continue cooking until everything is soft. Check the taste, add salt and pepper and more curry powder if you wish. Voila! No fuss, i'm sick, soup.
