In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in crushed cookies and wipped cream. (whipped cream does not have to be texture of cool whip) Pour mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Cover and freeze till firm, about 6 hours or overnight. To serve, scoop ice cream from pan or cut into slices.
