     High Octane Pancake

Ingredients
1 1/3 c. plus 1 T. all purpose flour
1/4 c. quick cooking oats
3 T. toasted wheat germ
2 t. sugar
1 1/4 t. baking powder
1/8 t. salt
2/3 c. fat free milk
1/4 c. yogurt
1 T. canola oil
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the 1st 6 ing. In another bowl, combine the milk, yogurt and oil. Stir into dry ing. just until moistened. Pour batter 1/3 c. onto a hot nonstick griddle coated w/cooking spray. Turn when bubbles form. Cook until 2nd side is brown.
