Grease 9x3 pan with butter. Place pan in cneter of aluminum foil and press up around pan. Press 3/4c mixture onton side and bottom of pan. Chill pan while making filling
Beat cream cheese till soft. Slowly add sugar. Beat in yolks one at a time. Stir in sour cream, flour, vanilla, rine, and juice.
In another bowl, beat egg whites. Fold whites into cream mixture and pour into pan.
Bake 350 for 1hr 15min. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven for one hour. Crack door with wooden spoon for ventilation. Remove cake and place on wire rack. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill over night and dust with powdered sugar. Cut with dental floss.
