Preheat the oven to 375 degrees farenhight.
Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, beat together butter, water and eggs. Add the cake mix, and mix until smooth.
Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and roll in icing sugar. Place cookies on prepared cokkie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Dust the balls with icicng sugar once more when cooled.
