2 C cooked cubed chicken which has been cooked with celery, onion, salt & pepper.
Cook 8 ½ oz noodles in 1 qt chicken stock with ¼ t celery& salt. Fry 3 ½ T minced onion in 5 T of chicken fat till tender (not brown) add 2 C chicken stock & cook 10 min
Add 1 T parsley – add cubed chicken
Mix with cooked noodles
Put in baking dish cover with butter & crumbs
Bake 20 min or more
