Press into 9x13 pan Bake 350 for 15 min & cool
Beat 1 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese – softened
1 c cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Spread over cooled crust
Combine 3 c cold milk
2 small pkg instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla
Beat until thick
Spread over cream cheese
Top with remaining cool whip & nuts. Refrigerate
